Dogram Takes Part in Baltic Power Offshore Wind Project, a Milestone in Europe’s Energy Transition
The offshore wind industry is experiencing a pivotal moment in its development, with projects like the Baltic Power Offshore Wind Farm leading the transition toward renewable energy. Located in the Baltic Sea, approx.. 23 km to the north from the Polish coastline, on the level of Choczewo and Łeba, developed by ORLEN Group and Northland Power, represents a significant technological and environmental advancement. With an installed capacity up to 1,2 GW, Baltic Power will supply clean energy to over 1.5 million households
In this context of innovation and technical demands, Dogram has been selected to carry out offshore measurement of the transition piece (TP) top flanges. These structures serve as the connection between the foundation and the tower of the wind turbines.
Dogram was selected as a preferred contractor as a result of the Baltic Power’s procurement and tendering process. We demonstrated our offshore technical expertise and experience with focus on HSE and adaptability to international projects. Dogram’s team is performing submillimeter-level tolerance checks to ensure proper component assembly.
Beyond technical aspects, this project strengthens Dogram’s position as a strategic partner in the offshore wind sector. The company has deployed a specialized team capable of operating in offshore environments and meeting the high standards required for projects of this scale.
